**We would like to ask that you choose a facility and not go back and forth between facilities, Play is much more structured here and can be confusing for your dog. Sickness and viruses can also be transferred from facility to facility. We pride ourselves on a very clean environment with very few instances of sickness.

• daily schedule- how and why we do things; explain groups, how many in a group, age/size/play style, rotation of play
•  methods and equipment used/discipline techniques/communicating issues
• discuss risks/injuries/illness/kennel cough
• attendance/recurring appointments/package
• Benefits of our facility
• Policies and procedures/sign agreement/all services need an appointment can’t just walk in for grooming, daycare, or boarding

If dog is present:

• Observe dog/approach dog/reach for dog/collar touch/handle dog/basic cues
