Service Contract Form

Beaches Pet Resort agrees to exercise due and reasonable care and to keep our premises sanitary and safely contained. The Pet is to be cared for, fed, medications administered according to client’s instructions, and kept in clean safe quarters.

All pets that are boarded, trained or otherwise cared for by Beaches Pet Resort without liability on our part for loss or damage from disease, illness, death, running away, fire, injury to persons, other pets or property by said pet, or other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised. 

If a pet which arrives at our facility is found to have fleas and or ticks, it will be bathed and given a Cap Star treatment at owner’s expense.

If a pet which arrives at our facility is ill, additional expenses will be incurred due to special care given to pet. 

All pets are not allowed to be taken off our premises except by the consent of owner or due to an emergency situation where the owner cannot be contacted.

If the pet becomes seriously ill, the owner shall be notified at once, in case no particular veterinarian has been designated. If the owner does not reply immediately regarding measures to be taken, or if the state of the pets health reasonably demands quick action, Beaches Pet Resort shall have the right to call the veterinarian designated above or if no veterinarian is designated, to call on a veterinarian of our choice to administer medicine or give other advisable attention, within our discretion and judgement and any expenses shall be paid promptly by pet owner on their return. If prompt payment is not made client agrees to have Credit Card on file billed for any expenses incurred by Beaches Pet Resort for their Pet(s).

Any and all Charges for Boarding, Day Socialization, Training, Grooming. Medication and Veterinary care will be due at time of service or pick up. If Pet is not called for within 10 Days after time for return of pet, we will consider pet having been abandoned and owner will legally relinquish all rights for said pet. It will be at Beaches Pet Resorts sole discretion as to the future of the pet(s). Notice in writing of abandonment and relinquishment of said pet(s) will be sent to address on file and no further notice shall be deemed necessary. Any excess amount of over charges will be given to the owner and any deficiency is deemed to be due and immediately paid by the owner.
