Clients will be charged an additional $15 for pick-ups between 6:30- 7pm during weekdays and 5-5:30 pm weekends.

An additional $30 for pick-ups between 7-8pm during weekdays and 5:30-6:30pm weekends.

There are no pick-ups after 8pm and no late pick-ups after 7pm on the night of training classes.



Doors are locked at 8:00pm and the client will have to pick up the following day and pay for boarding services rendered.

NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION FEE: $25

5+ days’ notice: Deposit can be refunded (minus $25 cancellation fee).

Less than 5 days', deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
